Is there a reason all the cutscenes use the old models or is that a bug?
the models in the cutscenes usualy use the dreamcast models even when playing the gamecube / pc version so no mods could change that butt
No, they use video files rendered on a 2 polygon model that is visible from both sides. They are prerendered and that is why they use older models minus the ingame cutscenes which is dependent on older model files. It would be easy to resolve this if the old models & the newer models were decompiled, mesh import the newer into the older and then rigging the mesh to the skeleton, & recompile it, that is pretty much it. But doing all that sounds easier than it actually is, I am not sure how to compile a model for SA2 I was looking it up when I came across this mod.
