This is the alpha version of the mod, Half-Life Steam version is required to play, you can read the instructions in the "README" text.
WARNING: THIS VERSION IS COMPLETLY BUGGED AND DOES NOT HAVE
MOST OF THE CONTENT IT IS PLANNED FOR.
So as you play, these are the things to keep in mind:
- Nail gun nails do not detect collisions well, unless you are close to the target.
- The soldier is unable to rocket jump.
- The medkit can only heal.
- The HUD doesn't show the armor percentage of each class well (Example: the soldier can get to 200 armor, but the HUD sees that it is full).
- Only the soldier and medic can carry grenades, and they are just regular grenades.
- There's only 3 mercenaries at the moment (Scout, Soldier and Medic).
- Very prone to crashing.
The idea for this mod came when I found that I could go to the next level in the regular Half-Life maps in Team-Fortress Classic, so I decided to replicate that in a code, it works but it still depends on the "mapcycle" files to get to the other section.
For now I'll keep working with it while I have time, if you see a new bug you can let me know.
By the way, I wanted to warn about a couple of commands:
With the letter "C" you activate third person.
With the letter "V" deactivate the third person.
With the letter "G" you activate the team and classes menu.
Also remember to restart steam, so you can search the mod with the name "TFC in HL".
