Samples to understand how to set up fauna/animal models for the game; complete with animations and properties in the basis.

A boar
(a human model too and the same dog contained in Vora_bat's example pack Moddb.com)
HOW TO USE:
Load the models in 3ds Max and then use your brain to create your own units.

I can't load the original page anymore so I thought of sharing the content it had, hopefully it'll get back up soon.
CONTENT:
It works as a mod (so activate it), it contains 3 dogs and 1 horse that unfortunately doesn't work if I remember correctly; the important part are the .def files and the .inc codes contained, that will give you a fast way to implement your animals/monsters.
The way of implementing new units works like exporting vehicles, take a look at the bones of the 3ds Max model and then at its .def file.
All the credit for this goes to the Best Way people and I believe Vora from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R mod (not sure tho, can't remember).

Something f*&ked; up. For some soldiers, when I try and access a box, or body, the inventory of the soldier appears as 'none' (barely one cell, like you would expect of a radio, or a b33r [unable to contain anything]). I need assistance with this.
I am going to try reinstalling some game files.
Earlier, I was modifying a copy of the game.pak ->breeds->units
That was probably the cause of it, but that file was not even in the same folder as the main game. All to add sandbag kits and barbwire to inventories. Playing the DCG mod.

This could have been a great game but because of lazyness, just two short campaigns and no skirmish or an user friendly editor, they ****** it up. They totaly ****** this one up. Look at that ****! They even made a Map Editor but no one does any **** for that game. This is dead like a Ham. What a waste.
