To make Pisha use Celerity and Potence you need to edit the map file. Use VPKTool from the SDK and look at e.g. Bishop Vick to see how it is done!

I did a quick test at the Dane and can not confirm this. As far as I know you need to touch certain triggers and it's working if you are Obfuscated or even use notarget.

Then the problem is not caused by the patch and I have no idea on how to fix it.

What happens if you drop Obfuscate, can you talk to them then? After all why should they talk to somebody if they don't know that anybody is there?

Just move vrender3.dll elsewhere and rename vrender3.dll.back to vrender3.dll, this is a backup of the original file.

The Fx_Motion_Trail might just be only about the particle effect, and remember that the Pearl of Dubai can be gifted to clans that don't have Celerity in the first place, which is why I changed it to boost Charisma instead.

No, you can always use Bloodbuff in Elysium areas and I don't know any way to prevent this.
