The main menu is in a foreign language; how do I change it?

It should be in Engliah by default.
Did you install any other addons or tweak the game anyhow?
Can you show a screenshot?

If you mean by the launcher menu. It’s supposed to be in Russian

I found two issues.
1. After launching a game (launcher in russian) and letting cinematic play it closes without any error, interrupting cinematic with ESC gets you to menu, idling in menu for too long also seems to crash the game.
2. Cant open backpack. PDA shows up, inventory doesn't. I can open staches and see what I have in inventory, but pressing I (also tried changing that) does nothing.

1. Interesting, it might be related to the music tracks? Not sure. Crash log would be helpful.
2. Try rebinding. I have my inventory on TAB, I think it's more convenient.

1. No crash logs that I could find. Might be specific to my system (r7 5800x3d / RX 5500XT). Not really game breaking cause skipping it or really doing anything just after it finished seems to solve it. Not worth investigating IMO.
2. Tried rebinding, didn't work. Also tried reinstalling required libraries, downloading again and using different resolutions/settings.
I will install win10 on another drive and try again. Might be GPU/DirectX issue or something.
Also I will try just waiting for bit longer after pressing key bind, I believe (read in guides and posts) there's supposed to be some delay before it opens so it might just take a minute or two for whatever reason.
Will reply after new installation.

1. Usually, when other mods crash, you can't continue. But in NLC, if a crash happens e.g. due to physics, you can actually continue playing. Logs can be found in NLC_installation_folder\logs
2. Does the bind save? Because, sometimes, the game can fail to save settings if you don't save after making changes in the settings.
There was one guy who had a corrupted extraction, so he tried to extract it again and it fixed the issue he had.

The inventory should never take minutes to open. Opening full backpack, which is the longest action, takes 5s.

1. After fresh downloading/extracting/ reinstalling MS visual/drivers it works fine. No clue what exactly worked, might be faulty file like you said,
2. Bind saves, after exit/reload it persist in settings.
I installed fresh win10 on another drive and it works fine. Flickering sky included, gotta change sun rays.
Thanks for help anyway.

Is it only specifically with the inventory bind? I assume user.ltx is not read-only.
Yeah, the flickering sky occurs on AMD cards.
I wish the mod was perfect from a technical standpoint, but I'm glad you managed to solve at least one issue.
