The April Patch file

Hello!
This may be a very surprising patch to see (if you aren't a member of the Discord server), but I decided that some things needed some tweaks here and there, and here we are.

This mainly came to be, because upon closer inspection of some of the corpse textures used, it seems that they used real gore imagery (the textures were taken from another mod), and I wanted to make sure to censor that. And that just kinda snowballed into a few other changes.

The patch isn't anything crazy, but I still hope you all enjoy :)
