Just open and edit it with GIMP and export as it is, (dds, default export options, do not change the default 1024x1024 resolution), make a backup just in case. You can download an old photo texture from google and use it as overlay, play a little with the opacity. I can provide further support if you DM me and there are a couple of tutorials in youtube too.

I have an idea to make photos for each faction from OWA.
And quest photos for OWA with picture of characters & places..
