Using the acclaimed Frostbite engine, Battlefield 1943 takes players back to WWII to re-experience some of the legendary battles that kicked off the Battlefield franchise. The game offers endless hours of 24 player multiplayer action over three classic and tropic locations; Wake Island, Guadalcanal and Iwo Jima. Delivering the award-winning through-the-gun and vehicle warfare online experience DICE is best recognized for, Battlefield 1943 will have players battling in ruthless aerial dog fights and intense trench combat.

then why not release on PC, what happened to this Battlefield 1943?
It was a console exclusive just like Bad Company 1
So Shame Battlefield 1943 not on PC
I hope Frostbite 4 Make Battlefield World War II on next-gen consoles/PC!
Bad:
1. Is this ONLY the Pacific?
2. Slow tank projectiles that land 30 metres from you
3. Sound effect most likely added on (not in game)
Good:
1. Impressive graphics
2. Destructible trees
3. AI better (?)
Overall from the trailer: Meh

Someone with inside information 'bout the pc release? It's "TBA" at the official page.. :P
Nah, I think they canceled it. You still have BF3 to look forward to.
Yep, it is officially canceled due to BF3 development :(
EA is a very annoying company; they don't officially announce it's cancellation, just leave everyone hanging.
That's because EA Games only cares about their stupid money and Anti-Piracy BS programs that don't really work.
