Call of Pripyat takes you once again into the vicinity of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor that exploded in 1986. This so-called "Zone" is a highly contaminated area cordoned off by the military and now is combed through by the so-called stalkers, modern fortune hunters, in search of unique artifacts. In the role of Agent Alexander Degtyarev, who is dressed up as stalker, you have to investigate the mysterious disappearance of five military helicopters and thereby stand one’s ground against the various stalker groups.

Yes, it will work just fine.
However, you will need to download and install the moded binaries from TheMrDemonized for this to work, there is a link for it on the post
Bro i just gave up and spawned it. Since advanced tools requaires 4 basic ones, i just searched for 8 advanced tools and crafted it as soon as i found the last one. I found like 13 of advanced one at before spawning it. Most of them i gived to technicians in hope getting stash coordinates but i gave up after 30 or even 40 stashes.

I believe the underlying point of this mod is to not chase Expert tools in the few Pripyat stashes you get on the many factions.
As Heavy repair kit can be only crafted with expert tools themselves and cant be bought from vendors untill you give them one, this crafting path is essentialy useless if this is your first set of expert tools. Is okay if you have multiple sets of advanced and you handed the first tools to somebody already and crafting heavy armor kit is not a problem for you.
As I used this to bypass the long grind for outskirts stashes and 100+h grind for experts, this mod is now essentialy useless imo unless adjusted again.
