I also have a 4060 and 32gb of RAM so Idk why my fps drops AND locks to 30 only when I have a gun out.
headbobing is at 0, I have BaS, SSS installed, Screen Space Shader, Vivid HD Icon, Maids HD Icons, HD Models, High Res HD PDA Maps, Ghost Armory, Beef NVGS, and Nicer Head Lamps. I've tweaked them all for best performance but the second I have a weapon out it drops and locks to 30 FPS. It's really annoying, I've done a lot of different combos of graphic stuff and MCM tweaks to try and fix this and I just can't. It'd be really nice if I could just have my gun play be at 60+ fps if someone could help me out that'd be great. Also running AVX and have a i5-9600k (which is ranked like 120 out of 1100 in benchmarking, usually 12th/13th gen beat it, still i5) and as I said earlier, a 4060 with 8gb and 32gb of RAM

I also am using the avx version. Idk if I should use it I have a i5-9600k. My cpu benches in the top 150 of 1100

Starting off, I have 68 mods installed. I get over 60 fps when I have no gun out
the second I pull out a gun or my pda my game simply drops to 30 fps and locks until I put either away. I have food drug and drink animations installed when I use anything or take my helmet off or something, it unlocks back to 60+ fps.

(I'm on 1.5.2) With this mod I noticed that I can simply move weapon attachments from the traders side to my gun in my inventory and it doesn't cost anything.
