You hear about Calradia, a land torn between rival kingdoms battling each other for supremacy, a haven for knights and mercenaries, cutthroats and adventurers, all willing to risk their lives in pursuit of fortune, power, or glory...
But in this Calradia, magic exists and hordes of monsters roam the land.
Calradic Dragon adds magic, fantasy races such as elves, dwarves and orcs and fantasy monsters to the game. It plays very similar to Native pretty much in every aspect and only a minimal amount of external assets is included within the module. Which means if you're looking for a big mod with lots of new items and features, you're at the wrong place.
The additional lore is built upon the fantasy fluff that was ripped from Mount&Blade; over time, so characters such as Akhad Tell, Father Larchas and Ecatha, places such as Mount Dhorak and Zendar make a comeback. I tried to use assets that was already in the game and refrained from using too many OSP resources. The project was originally called "The Way of Magic", which was a reference to the old name of Mount&Blade;, "Way of the Sword". Calradic Dragon was built upon an early version of the fantasy total conversion mod "Legacy of the Dragon".
