Epsilon Eridani is to happen in three parts, each of them divided in several chapters, each part seperated by a considerable amount of time. In Epsilon Eridani, you play Epsilon, the fifth member of a squad selected by the GMan, assembled a couple of weeks before the beginning of Half-Life 2.
I have for now been focusing on the coding. Below is the changes that I have successfully coded into Epsilon Eridani:
Added 4 new weapons:
Changed:
However, I welcome any help I can get. I can take care of the coding, but I am searching for an experienced (and by that I do not mean a pro, just someone with more than the basics) mapper and an experienced skinner and modeler.
After much consideration, I've decided to make EE a mod for Episode2/Orange Box.

Well I've been pretty busy since I resumed work on Epsilon Eridani, I decided first to concentrate on the coding and all the aspects of the mod other than it's story and level design. I'm pleased to say the CSI Sniper is almost complete, here are some screenshots of it in action (click on the images for fullscreen):
Apart from working on the Sniper's code (new weapon, laser etc...) I've been working on the following, and I'm happy to say all of the following is complete:
Although I'll take care of the mod's coding, I am always looking for people who want to join up with me in Epsilon Eridani. If you want to join and contribute to the mod, please send me a PM or e-mail. For now, I am looking for the following (keep in mind Epsilon Eridani is for me a learning project, and so I will welcome anyone who wants to join and develop their modding skills):
That's it for now, check out the mod's homepage for the Sniper's credit, a special thanks to BioHazard and FoXoF for helping me fix the Sniper's laser code!

In this update I discuss the mod's progress as well as why I haven't been posting a lot of media.
Epsilon Eridani has been authorized on ModDB, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
This week we briefly revisit Provenance, Emanuel apologises to Jailbreak! and Modular Combat is updated to v1.76. Oh, and Thomas returns from his 8 week...
I'll hazard a guess and say this is dead and buried.
yes mam

amazing =D
When my mod's finished I'll model for ya, I'm not incredible at the mo, but trust me when I say I'll be nigh an expert by the end of development
It looks realistic! I like it!
Yeah, it's awesome !
@Everyone who's coming here to bitch about me using Creative Commons licensed material:
a) save yourself the time to post anything, it'll just be deleted.
b) it's my personal decision to choose models licensed under the CCL, so that I may focus on the coding and level design.
c) don't like it? I don't care, I like my mod the way it is, so **** off.
mmm cool mod i think i could map for it but it does depend on how much experience your looking for i like the idea of joining a mod with a coder as thats usually what most mods lack good work so far
Interesting mod, tracking...
