This is a long lost utility to create chronicles for Vampire the Masquerade Redemption. It works similarly to Chronicle Director which is also on Moddb.
Tool created by Tim Newell. Mirrored here for archival purposes. Special thanks to SlaySoft for sending me this.

I would like for people to download this from my site so I will be able to see how many people are using it so I will know whether to continue it. So please do not distribute without sending me an e-mail first. This readme must be distributed with the program. I'm not responsible for anything that happens to your computer.
Now that thats outta the way lets get started.
Installation Instructions
1. First you must download the jdk1.1.8. it can be found at java.sun.com
