Hmm, I wonder if I messed it up when I was applying the tweaks... Anyway the textures look fantastic. Thanks for all your hard work!

I think I got everything installed correctly. CookedPC is 20 gb.

When I try to start the game I get the picture (at the top of your page here) and 1 out of 5 times I start to get the Bioware logo. Then it goes to black screen. Eventually I cntrl-alt delete and start task manager. There is a message that says:

Attempting to load unused mip #0 for Texture2D BIOG_HMF_HVY_R.BRT.HMF_BRT_HVYb_Spec.

I click ok and then it says: Rendering thread exception: (repeats above message) Address 0x9a2f9e0 (filename not found). It then continues with more of the same (different addresses, but filename not found).

Any idea what I could try? I've done everything in the troubleshooting section.
