I definitely see what you're saying. Making a fun, 2 minute demo into a full game that doesn't get boring is one of the main challenges I've faced early in development. I believe I've solved that with a design that includes procedural level generation and a solid metagame with collectibles, unlockables, and other gameplay modifiers. Long story short, levels will be procedurally generated and there will be a lot more gameplay content than there is in the current demo. It's not trying to ride the "funny simulator game" wave (it was actually made before Goat Simulator and the like), it'll be an actual game. :)
