Is there any way to add healing items on most NPCs? It doesn't make sense that healing items are so scarce.
This MOD crashes during the first mission after you get the meds from the church. The Vanilla plus mod has no issues thus far. I'd like to play this, but the crash is consistent.
I disagree with this statement. The timer in this mission tests skill in a unique way to one specific character. It matches the character class.

The pistol is pretty overpowered, though, especially with infinite ammo. I suggest either nerfing it or limit ammo. I think it should be nerfed anyway tbh, because the pulse rifle seems weaker than the pistol. Thoughts, anyone?
Congratulations, BigTinz! Your mod completed an incomplete game. T'was once a very rough diamond, now a flawless gem. I played on PS3 in late 2008 and it was a favorite of mine then, despite the glaring problems. I imagine this game with your mod will inspire developers to create another game with the same heart of darkness atmosphere in Africa - I would gladly wait another 11 years. I will never forget play testing your mod over the course of it's creation and finalization. It was shear luck that I decided to replay it at the same time. My favorite game is Far Cry 2: Redux - I voted for it and you earned it!!!

IMHO, the gun sounds seem weaker in the subsequent games, at least the AK47 does.
The game must be capped at 60 fps otherwise you'll see noticeable glitches (NPCs shaking up and down and possibly other problems).
Great work as usual, BigTinz. Though, I wish I could skip all the cutscenes and play missions more freely, the gunplay was more dramatic, and the setting was in Africa... aw screw it, I wish this was Far Cry 2!!!
I would appreciate it, bigtinz, if you would stop reading my mind and bringing it to fruition, even though it benefits me greatly, there's some things I'd like to keep to myself.
The new slide animation is fun, it delays the player control a little, but whatever, it's cool to watch. Skibbo did a great job with removing the syringe animation, a nice touch for immersion. His Nasreen character model with her space gloves are a step back from immersion, but it's goofy entertainment. Btw, toggle sprint reigns supreme, I understand why purists filibuster, but I think they are way off base when it comes to multitasking in a firefight and programming user input to do additional work for the player.
Btw, Is there a way to have a leaning mechanic, like pressing 'q' or 'e' to lean left or right? Also zdanman has a gore mod that I'd like to play with redux. And Infamous Fusion Dev Team created camo uniforms for enemies, at least in screenshots idk if that was in the final release.

Big Tinz, the latest version of Redux does not have the sprint function you implemented. Currently, it is hold to sprint. Can you post an updated version with the toggle sprint?

I was able to resolve this issue by uninstall and reinstall. The issue seems to be with the saves included in the download. It was strange because after using the included saves, I couldn't start a new game on my own without the gun bug happening. After the uninstall/reinstall, the mod works well, as expected.
I'm having an issue with any new game I start. The weapons are not visible until I pull them out. If I throw a grenade/Molotov; no weapon. Getting out of vehicle; no weapon. Exiting a door to go outside, no weapon. I have to manually equip it every time. However, When I load my old saves, there is no issue.
I think it was just a one off occurrence. I was able to kill the NPCs with a grenade and they did not respawn there again. They were there with BOTH mods, "special" and "redux." I came across them initially with the "special" mod, then went back in the Redux Mod and verified, then killed them. They where there before I did the mission to blow up the water valve and flood the mine. I can't replicate the event, anymore. I've checked a few times whenever I'm in the area.
Anyway, I don't know how you have NPCs fighting each other but it's amazing! Sometimes I just watch them go at it. I love travelling to my next destination and seeing a huge explosion in my periphery, then gunshots ensuing. This world is alive with or without me. How do the enemy NPCs differentiate their enemy NPCs?

You finally ended those blinking safehouses. I've been having such an incredible time with this mod!
Btw, I noticed a bug; North of M-S Pipeline and South of the to Communictions tower, NPCs will spawn in the cliff-face and shoot the player. Not sure if this is a Mod specific error, though.
