Yeah,I found bad weapon icon in the repair menu.Only option is replaceing that with right icon.Yeah, u probably have to make the icon yourself.

Man,have u ever edited relevant ltx files?If u did,there is nothing u can do other than reinstalling all mod files,And keep in mind ,DO NOT EDIT LTX FILES. because I had the same issue.
