The only setback with this mod is the recruitment, getting relations with villages is pointless, and theres only 1 military camp for each faction with only a few soldiers to recruit.

If you want any playability with your mod, you should really either set it like native or at least decrease the relations with villages to be able to recruit more than 1/ decrease the time soldiers are able to be recruited from camps/villages and increase the number of recruits from both villages and camps.

Also in the city of Tatars, while getting sieged the attackers dont move anywhere they just stand there near the catapult

Installed the mod, played, noticed straight away that my Tatar Veteran Skirmishers were useless 80% of the times, they carged into the enemy without firing arrows and I noticed it was because they have javelins as a polearm in their inventory, and regular ones too, this is a must fix, since the Horse Archers are better than their upgraded counterpart.

So far its a great mod, the scenes are fantastic so are the items, good job.

Just this patch alone is a big improvement, this mod, as early as it is, is keeping me emerged in the world of Calradia, i've spent countless hours in it already.

I would like to know if there's going to have the marshall system (kingdoms gathering armies and sieging fiefs). I know it will have it sometime but how would you implement it? You either have to make the Lord parties small or just shorten them and when they start to die, they come as reinforcements, anyways I'm really hyped for this mod.

Wait a second, this is a real open world mod? Outstanding. It's downloading at the moment. This might be just a demo but I have really high hopes for it.

So, I'll be giving my statement on the behalf of sarranids, with about an hour of game time, I have spotted some flaws (I know it's just the first demo).

1-The Sarranid terrain seems to be on the hilly side, a flatten on the terrain would be highly recommended.

2-Bariyye seems to be floating/buried in some parts.

3-The Lords hall in Bariyye seems to be bugged, as when I entered I started floating in the void next to the hall.

4-Opening the party menu seems to reset my position in the area (and plus, I think the reset position created 2 clones of me on the map, or is there a twin feature xD, jk, but I really have 2 clones now).

5-Unicorns xD (wait a second those arent unicorns).

6-Merchants (besides arms and armour dealers) seem to not have any items with them.

7-Forgot to mention that starting in Swadia is impossible at least to me.

These are just some bugs i ran into about an hour of playtime, I'll keep playing it and noting down any anomalies, but I must say, I'm really impressed with this mod. Love the ambience and the little touches, from deers and horses strolling through the landscapes, and being able to hunt the same deers, the corpse looting, the battles going on and even the torch mechanics.

Now here's some personal feedback.

-I think there should be a way of guiding yourself, like a compass, maps, or even a journal thing where all information gets stored (if it's possible).
-Personnaly I dislike the persistent troop names, it makes the party menu a cluster, maybe add it as an option to turn it off in the future.
-Also, armour and weapon merchants should have more wears and specific kingdom items. (ignore this one as creating a new save fixes it, at least in other kingdoms)

Well, this completes my roughly hourly review, don't take any of this as an insult to your mod as it's just my opinion on it, thank you for being the inovation in warband, as of "open world", really good mod, hoping to see what the future brings us, keep on working and good luck.

Will a Crusader faction exist ? They had a lot of influence in Portugal's history

First of all , i'm having lots of fun just in the demo , i honestly see much potential in this mod
Second , I dislike the swing animations , in my opinion you should remove them ...
Aside that , the mod is very good
