6 Spec-ops missions, which section is on very top of main menu list, not campaign section. There's a plan to make ZH campaign remake on this section in time closer to final release
It's locked because all RA 3 mods needs to be installed in Documents folder which game can read properly, sorry

We're following released version guidelines with just a few additions
We have no plans for such units you mentioned, our main goal is to return missing ZH units and make stuff balanced
But for the future, who knows, btw with final release we will publish sources with tools to make mods over GenEvo

3. Mod developers help us with assets and stuff, but we're trying to make own unit game designs. Btw, we'll publish GenEvo sources with final release, maybe other mod creators or somebody with their permission will try to port one or another popular ZH mod, who knows :)
4. No idea, unfortunatly, we're restricted with our possibilities because we work with closed engine and such mechanic pretty hard to implement properly even with hacks

+it will have Zero Hour campaign remake in far far future

We used all ZH scales, but ofc the final result is different. Anyway, we won't rescale it, because it requires a looooooooooot of time, that we can't waste, maybe other modders will do smth when we open sources with final release.
Btw, people want bigger maps, so I'll take a focus on adding more big maps for further versions.

You need Red Alert 3 (no Uprising) with 1.12 patch
You can run GenEvo with CD version, you need to run it as other RA 3 mods (check alternative installation in readme file). But this mod works better for Steam/Origin versions because of GenEvo Launcher which fixes some bugs.
You can read all info in readme documentation. Also don't forget to download and apply 4gb auto-patcher to prevent pink textures and crashes

Yep, we keep focusing for skirmish and singleplayer, but also working for our great multiplayer community.
About sub-factions - most prioritized thing for us is to finish porting missing units from Zero Hour and then add something new. We're not going too far with new stuff, we want to safe Zero Hour balance and aesthetics. For something like Shockwave/Contra/ROTR, we will open sources with final release, so everyone will be able to make mods for Generals Evolution.
Not sure about boss general, but in 0.4 we're planning to add missing units from Zero Hour and also add Generals Evolution 6 mission Spec-Ops campaign

No, they designed to run out in middle game. If you like to play on late game, you should build secondary economy - Black Markets, Supply Drop Zones and Internet Centers :)
