1.5r6 uses some of the same icon space as stcop weapons pack that was made for COC 1.4.22. this means many of the icons will need to be manually moved by the stcop team for an update. There is also another issue.
the zoom factor on weapons has changed. now scopes are measured by thier magification, where as the zoom was done differently in the older versions.
for example, the susat x2.7 scope used to have a zoom value of 63.3, but now it is done more simly, and the new scope_zoom_factor will be 2.7.
If the x64 bit of COP is out... Then where is the link? Where is the github?
This affect many modders. If there is a x64bit engine out, then I personally wouldn't make a mod for an older 32bit version of the game...

Perhaps you should just re-write the readme file to explain that the program needs to go into the C:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl\gamedata\config\text folder for it to work.

Just to point out... there was only ever one X-ray engine ever built. However the different game versions, SOC, CS, and COP depend on how you actually build the source code.
It would be really good if the game was converted to 64bit. that way it would run far better and not be limited to the memory stack issues. the engine is really powerful, but constrained due to the 4gb memory limit.
Te return of scar mod has a error in one of the weapons files. When you try to use the SVD "tiger" the gun cannot fire. it means you cannot complete the sniper mission. Is there a fix for this?

Ok this is a map for SOC. it will work on SOC 1.0004 and I think it was designed for 1.0005. I have not tested it on 1.0006.
The map has 1 other NPC which is Ghost. there are another few dead body spawns where you can loot another gun.
The map could well be used as a modder resource, but it would require a little work.
The map sems to crash my complete PC which I try to exit the game.
The map itself is quite good, there is no reason why it couldn't be used in a mod.

It would be far easier for people to download. this way, especially as the 2 patches and fixes are very small.
Try changing the firing selector.
I found some guns have a safety, and have the option for 0,1,3 or full auto. Obviously the 0 option stops the gun from working.
Can you tell us what version of the game we should use for this mod?
I cannot even get the game to load.
