I finally got it working, it was just taking a long time to load. My fault for having the game on an HDD instead of an SSD. 😐

My card has 16GB of VRAM. Also, when I fire my guns I get very strange, blocky effects. I installed the patch but it's entirely possible that I did it wrong. I extracted it to my q4base directory in the game folder.

I've installed the mod per instructions, and the game is hanging at the logo screen. Is there a way I can troubleshoot this? I've got a beefy rig too. 5800X and an RX 6800XT.

I got the same error when I tried to make my own maps using the map designer. I gave up and am just waiting for the next version, which hopefully is not too far away.

As far as I know, you just colonize the planet and have a constructor ship capture the asteroid.

They still have AOTF I and II to finish up first, lol. Which I'm sure will be just as awesome as Armada III!

Ok, thanks. I'll use Galaxy Forge in that case. Is there a reason the map designer lost support? I promise I'm not trying to be a jerk, I'm just curious.

Hi, is the map designer supported in this version? I tried to create a map and it said that "Map Designer is not supported by Armada III". Uprising did support it. Am I missing something?
