Can you please explain your complaints in better understandable sentences, it is difficult to understand what are you up to.
From the things, I can read it seems that you misunderstood something.
This mod has nothing to do with Discovery, This is HD Edition. It is an upgrade to the Freelancer vanilla experience and is not compatible with many other mods (I'm not sure but HDE is also not compatible with Discovery).
About the rest of your text, this seems to be Discovery content I can't answer you.
