Lets explain the countrys that i change from the original version:
Armenia
Armenia will now be a kind of competition for Greece, as they have the same interests and expansion routes.
Aryavarta
"Land of the Aryans" are the direct descendants of the Aryans who invaded India, the difference being that they did not decline as a civilisation and managed to maintain their original culture through racial policies.
Now you will have to survive the 18th century facing different rebellions of the Dravidian National Congress (a reference to the African National Congress of South Africa) and trying to keep your nation apartheid on feet.
