- the .vpk have been reconfigured and models and materials that are not needed right now were removed.

- a couple more approaches for beta testing the npc_citizen behaviors have been worked a bit in maps a side from the ones online on the server.

all the models for the players both combine and rebels and materials for both models/ folder and models2/ folder are filed in the main mods folder instead of in the .vpks and the rest of the stuff not needed right now for these npcs is packed, leaving the files for the player models and npcs accessible to mod, to fix these issues.
