Making a world model using a Doom sprite as reference, and then making a crappy view model from it. I recorded this for future reference in case I forget some part of the process, the videos may be useful to someone out there. First video is making a world model from zero to in game, second is using it to make a simple animated view model, the end result sucks but it shows how it's done. Blender addon that displays key presses doesn't show some presses sometimes, mainly axis buttons when scaling/rotating. I skipped a couple small steps like running the texture through a padding plugin in Gimp, aligning UVs to pixel centers, and small last minute texture cleanups. When there's an important setting I waggle the mouse next to it for a bit.

Updated Arcane Dimensions compatibility patch for 1.50 release. Should also work with older AD versions, and maybe with future ones.
Quick fix for Arcane Dimensions. Replaces the original Quake models with the ones I made, also sounds and one animation tweak.

would it be possible to make the rocket launchers animation be a bit more faithful to vanilla animations? and maybe revert the shotgun animations to quakes? the sped up animations dont quite work here unless you slow the rate of fire down
This is awesome. I hope you update it to work on the new remastered port one day. I tried to install it on the new port, but it wouldn't work.

Could one ask for a small patch for the Regular pump action shotgun to have the quake animation? the fire rate is way too fast for the current animation and it looks a tiny bit silly :P Love the Double barrel tho! :O
I second this! Also the animations for nailguns are broken as of AD 1.80
I love this mod, but I'm just curious if you're doing anything for the any of the guns in mission pack 2.

but does this work with the Xash3D Quake port?
little late to answer, but Xash3d is for GoldSrc. That's the Half-Life engine.
