You have coders I can see that, but you need to find modellers and sound designers. Try and advertise for people who have these skills.
Unfortunately, if I wanted to shoot people with weapons normally not on CS:S and DoD:S, I would have downloaded Firearms Soruce. Also, using rap music isnt exactly a good choice and out of style.
