Change Custom Faction Trait Points mod for Endless Space

Think the amount of trait points for your custom faction aren't enough? Well look no further. After looking for ages about mods on how to change your custom faction traits, I finally decided to make my own. Using information about how to previously change trait points I found a new and simple way. I will try to update the files whenever they release new updates and you are free to change the trait points to your own liking. You can change the amount of points yourself for steam users and it is probably the same for people that don't use steam. I will post the files for all races with 120 faction trait points and you can edit them from there.
