Command & Conquer: Crossfire is about the resurrection of the Russian military power, the European Union's attack on Russia for oil and the Eastern Coalition that lurks in the shadows.

It’s been twenty years since the fall of the Soviet Union, and the end of Cold War.
With the new direction that Russia was now taking, the so-called Atlantic Alliance went mostly their own way, now that the threat of a nuclear war or an invasion of Europe was out of the picture.

Then in the summer of 2007, a new leader, Volkistjov came to power, and although not a full advocate of peace, a war was hardly what he had in mind.
Still, with the threat of terrorism to the south and the latest weapons on the market, Volkistjov ordered the rearmament and rebuild of the Red Army, and surely enough, near the end of 2009, the Red Army was back.

However, the Western countries, doubtful of the Russian intentions, decided to improve their military strength as well, especially around the borders of Turkey and Poland.

At the start of 2010, all seemed well, somewhat tense perhaps, but there was no clear signal that any kind of conflict was about to start.
However, a major natural disaster struck Russia.
A large solar flare, that caught scientists and observers by surprise, had completely shutdown the majority of Russia’s extensive oilfields, the lifeline of the country itself.

Today's update showcases the ECON's Truck Bomb, a powerful suicide unit with a devasting weapon on board.
The ECON took a civilian truck, stripped it of nearly everything, added the explosives and a driver willing to go all the way.
A single Truck Bomb can obliterate an entire armored column if used properly.

The ECON made sure the Truck Bomb still looks civilian, and as a result, enemy units will not automaticly engage it, although a wary commander can find and destroy them easily.

To my mind, the thing "SR-12" should be changed, it reminds too much of Black Eagle. I'll send soon a bunch of more Arabic tanks. The bomb truck has wonderful textures but needs some pimp-ups

P.S. Check the mail

Why do you use unrealistic vehicles if storyline events take place in so near future?
