Smooth HD Weapons for Doom
SpriteThis mod adds smooth and HD weapon animations to Doom. Requires ZScript-compatible source port. May not work with other mods altering player weapons.
Doom Enhancement Project (DEP) is a collective name for mods I created or compiled for Doom, Doom II and Final Doom games, based on some existing Doom texture packs and projects, with my own edits and replacements. It introduces new graphics and audio effects, but no gameplay change.
DEP consists of four .pk3 files meant to be run with GZDoom or any Zscript-compatible source port:

Any plans on enhancing the monsters?
No, I like monsters just as they are. Besides, there's Neural Upscale 2x mod for Doom that I use, that replaces monster sprites with higher resolution ones.
The only thing needed is the smoothened weapon and enemies and its preety much the definitive way to play
I may add smooth weapon animations later. I did not want to add them here to be compatible with other Doom mods changing weapons, but now I realize that using this mod with other mods may not be an option for most cases.
I found an upscale mod for perk's enhanced smooth anim for the weapons so you could use that if you want

Thanks, this mod has its own HD smooth animations for the game and can be used with my mod. However, I have even smoother HD sprites for weapons, so I will see if I can use mine similarly to how the author is using theirs.
