i cant form a square to fight cavalry when the unit size is 480.
also, the unit szie of Artillery increase but the number of Artillery dont, there are still 4 cannons in 1 unit, can it also be increased?
i have the same problem with the square but i did have a square option later in the game for some reason, also i stopped working on this mod because i have school and other things to worry about, if you want you can make a mod where the unit sizes work or i may be able to make a new version as the final version
how to install?
Unpack or copy file "preferences.script" at that way:
C:\Users\"Your user name"\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts

Do you have idea where to put it on a linux/steam machine?
My game location is

I tried to place it in scripts (self made folder) or in data but no luck
if theres a preference.txt file set the campaign unit scale thing to 2-4
Do you know where to place it in a Linux environment?
I tried in ~/snap/steam/common/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Napoleon Total War/ with no luck.
i don't have a linux pc, so i'm not sure. you should try find appdata/roaming/TCA/napoleon/scripts, then replace the preferences.txt file within
