This mod replaces the Taidaan with a Bentusi themed fleet. While it sounds overpowered, what it does is simply giving you the artistic design of the Bentusi, not their power. This mod is very balanced for normal gameplay, and works exacly like their original counterparts.
Ben2z i think is the name of the author of the mod, altough this might be just a pun of the Bentusi name, but its all i could find, including a very broken website that used to host the mod. Similarly to the Duck mod, i had to dig really deep into Web Archive to find this.

Its what i could get to credit the original user. Similarly to The Duck mod, i had to give this mod a 2018 edit on the files to make them functional, but they are otherwise 100% preserved and you get the exacly experience you had/would have when you downloaded this mod back in the day.
