Opponents Speed Mod for Horizon Chase Turbo. The mod limits max speed of opponents. There are 5 levels of slow down available. Run Setup.cmd to select and set the limit.
Description
Unpack the archive into the game folder. "Opponents Speed Mod" folder must be near HorizonChase.exe Run "Setup.cmd" in "Opponents Speed Mod" folder.
