Illusions of the Dead has finally been released!

Illusions of the Dead (IOTD) is an Amnesia: The Dark Descent custom story that has been released August 21st 2017.
Story: You play as Marcus Grant who has a daughter named Emily but she has a disease called Sclerosis. There is no cure available but deep in the dungeons of the castle of Barnard, scientists were working on the cure but they got overrun by the undead a few days after the first test of the medicine.
Marcus takes the risk and travels to the castle of Barnard in search of the medicine to safe his daughter Emily. But little does he know why the whole castle got evacuated 2 years ago...

Hello everyone,
I have great news for everybody that liked this mod Illusions of the Dead. I recently started working on a sequel of the highly-rated Illusions of the Dead.

Illusions of the Dead 2 is in the works. I know that I have to step up my game by creating even larger, more detailed levels, so that's exactly what I'll do. I have imported all Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs assets so they will be used as well as the main assets.
The storyline will take place 15 years after the events of Illusions of the Dead 1 and you'll still play as Marcus Grant. Different NPC's like professor Woodbridge, "the ghost" of Jonathan Barnard and the main character Marcus Grant will all have voice acting. The levels will mostly be non-linear. You can even choose which levels you want to do first (main quests).
The estimated release date will be Q4 2024. So the custom story still has a long way to go.

Hello, Please, creator of this mod, can you help me? I was playing this amnesia mod and I loved it very much, but after I descended with the elevator from the main hall, the elevator sound effect just kept playing, and playing, and playing along with the black screen, and the next level never loaded.. Can you please help me with that? Or maybe you could check to see if the map needs an update regarding the elevator loading? The every same issue with the elevator loading for eternity was in the "Curse of the Ripley Manor" custom story and the developer made a hot fix patch to be downloaded.

Hi I just started the mod and my game crashes whenever I try to open the first door which has no title, help, please

I rate this an 8/10 (while being hard on rating) but I rated it 10/10 on moddb to give it some visibility, it was very well done and enjoyable for the most part :)
It's definitely not an easy CS though, but I'm the hardcore type so nothing to complain about here ^^

So I'm stuck at the part where you have to lower 3 bridges to get across. I looked at the let's play and there is supposed to be a crowbar in a chamber with a bunch of dead bodies (there is a ringing bell noise while you're in there), and there is no crowbar to be found!
Now I'm stuck, Can someone please help?
Tim is there a chance you could give me a save file that starts right after that pat so I can continue?
Edit: Nvm, I replayed a big part of the game and the crowbar did appear this time.
