Invasio Barbarorum: Ruina Romae mod is the latest mod in the old classic Invasio Barbarorum series, released in 2019, by Gäiten and Joar. The mod is being uploaded to ModDB for archiving purposes, because of the expired links on TWC.
This is a fixed files for the main release of Invasio Barbarorum: Ruina Romae (community fixes and improvements)
Installation: overwrite the IBRR folder with the folder from the archive

- EzeckLupo fixed the duplicate characters bug causing the random campaign crashes. Requires a new campaign. Don't forget to delete the campaign cache (RWM file) by running campaign_map_reset.bat from the IBRR folder!

Merged MarcoAurelio82's fixes. Requires a new game to take effect
Regenerated sprites for all units to solve the corrupted sprites issue (transparent sprites) of original mod.
It is recommended to delete IBRR/data/sprites before applying this patch - to save some space (around 200 Mb)
Also fixed the crashes related to pseudo-mercenary units:

Hello, playing with WRE I jave a permanent CTD just at the end of the second turn. Clean installation with all fixes applied… have you tested WRE recently?

I get crashes in campaign menu when starting a game
Updated the Community fixes to v14 including an important bugfix!
EzeckLupo fixed the duplicate characters bug causing the random campaign crashes. Requires a new campaign. Don't forget to delete the campaign cache (RWM file) by running campaign_map_reset.bat from the IBRR folder.
