This mod makes Mafia Harder than it already is. As example enemies have 100% aim, more HPs on enemies, no medkits in some missions, some changes in missions, cops in Offer and Fairplay, some changes in locations, Ralph won´t give you Bolt B in Ordinary Routine, Louie and his friend have magnums and idk how to screenshot everything it has so I will just put some screens here. :) Lucas Bertone doesn´t have much changes btw
