This mod randomizes: most of the enemy spawns, including boss fights, the enemy HP, the items that the Merchant sells, the starting inventory for Leon, and the firepower upgrades. It was made for the Steam, PC version of the game, and it's compatible with the HD project mod.

Does this work with the HD mod? Specifically, will I have to apply the HD mod BEFORE doing this, or after doing this?
It works.
Install the game first, then the HD mod, then the randomizer.
I downloaded the mod but i got a pop up saying windows can't run it cuz it might put my pc at risk. What should I do?
I guess you are using version 1.93 of the rando? Which version of Windows are you using?
