Yes, OlR 3.0 still in beta, but the A-Life it's really interesting.
Npc has their goals such as artifact haunting, can sell items to traders and can still quest items and you have to find them.
There are many other interesting feature like the help request etc..
New update 3.4:
• now you can run without restrictions in all exoskeletons (additional carrying weight has been reduced to 10 kg for balance);
• health adjustments for some mutants;
• fixed the player's inventory when filling items on widescreen monitors;
• the online contact counter has been returned to the minimap;
• improved flashlight (lighting power increased to 30 meters);
• other minor changes for the most comfortable gaming experience.
Now I'll buy an exoskeleton =)

Yes, I had ideas to add an autumn texture pack. You can try to transfer those textures yourself (if you know about modding).
Well cant find the Autumn texture alone. But yeah if you can post a link to the texture itself or post it here would be very nice! It's like the best texture pack
