Settlements mod for Dawn of War: Soulstorm

This was something I made and worked on for personal use. The 4 factions have different playstyles, Space Marines having the most durable units spawning in at average time making them not too slow or fast for an army unless you use scouts. they lack in building but you can hire Eldar Mercs that are not as strong as the pure faction. Orks gain a similar playstyle but can have armies in a fraction of a second! They may not have very hard to kill terminators but they have nobs and Flash Gitz that match the strength! Plus you get a free nob on start. Eldar have an Elven prowess that makes them recover quick in combat and out. what they don't have however is durability but they have higher hp than orks. Eldar forces come in squads but they can't recover lost forces, KEEP THEM SAFE IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD LOSSES! Tau are a map disabler with strong listening posts! They have a playstyle between Space marines and Eldar. also have free reinforce to fight with. (WIP Faction balancing!)
