There is new way of map building (50% random), galaxy forge, small fixes, more planet types, new "militia" type, more maps. Larger planet bodies for more realism!

i know it says for diplomacy 1.011 but does anyone know if it works with 1.2?

When will you release version 2.4?
Soon there will be huge release (for Diplo 1.011):
* new effects (weapons, abilities)
* resized models (tiny ->...-> titan)
* Titan ship per faction
* new User Interface (minimalistic)
* new maps and new Carbon planet type (like average planet)
* new militia type (quite aggressive)
hmmm... I'm thinking to name it 2.31... but not sure 8))
