This is the update to Diplomacy 1.34, I got a bit over-excited thinking it was a new version, LMAO!
It has new features, mentioned in description, not much though :)
NEW: Doctrines (science), Pirate Star Base, Biological Weapon (siege ability that lowers enemy planet population for a long time)

Well, if it wasn't for that Advent attack on my Bakery Planet, and the Military Blockade on that planetary system, (You know how those pseudo-religios fanatics frown so deeply on cookie production!), I would already have them enroute via trade ship..........
I've issued a directive to my 3rd Fleet Admiral to immediately assemble a task force to address the issue and cleanse that particular system of their taint.

Just want to say I adore this mod but when I'm using it the quit button disappears and I have to use task manager, just f.y.i.
