Hi, yep... 2 empty lines is an oversight, though the dev.exe is not popping up an error. Is it important, it seems it works ok?

3.96 Relationship technologies are removed to make diplomacy more complex. It has become very difficult to make alliances, but they bring good benefits. And AI doesn't make alliances either. In my opinion, this deprives the game of versatility.
Actually, I have also observed non-intuitive AI behavior in regards to diplomatic deals, which is strange.
I hope it will be soften in the next update.
