Some bugfixes from version 1.3.1, some new features and a rework of the starting nations.
Changes
Countries
-Poland and Israel have been merged into Poland-Israel because of their similar in-game history (MAKE SURE TO DELETE THE MOD'S FLAG CACHE IN ORDER TO SEE THEIR NEW FLAG, it's usually in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria II\TheCollapse\gfx\flags, where you have to delete all files)
Demographics
-the starting POPs now have numbers and professions more fitting for the era in which The Collapse takes place. This should help reduce the unemployment of farmers and labourers at game start
Technology
-technologies that upgrade land unit stats now also increase their supply usage like in vanilla (but at a lower rate)
Politics
-planned economy now no longer obliterates the lower class, instead working as intended
-vanguardist rebels now get buffed by Revolution & Counterrevolution like the communist ones
-slaves can try to break free from their owners. This is achieved with an event chain since slave POPs can't start rebel uprisings in Victoria 2.
Diplomacy
-nations liberated during a war now lose their prestige to avoid them immediately becoming great powers
Other
-all inventions have finally received localisation
-added new pictures for some decisions
-changed the color of clerk POPs in the pop type chart from white to greenish
-fixed a vanilla bug where the "middle strata needs" and the "rich strata needs" modifiers had inverted functionalities
Install Instructions
Download the zip file and extract inside of the "Victoria II\mod" folder.
Inside of your "mod" folder should then appear a "The Collapse" folder and a "The Collapse.mod" file.
Then start the Victoria II launcher, select The Collapse in the mods list, and start the game! (make sure to disable all other mods)
