How long time does it take to start the Dirim quest? :)
I feel it takes longer then Before. It can also be for me helping them beat half Pravar. xD
(I really really like the look of the Dirim Pretorian Guard and I would like to use it for my mod, cause my native Went so messed up (about the maps) I understand if not allowed.) ^^
Oh btw I sat and searched yesterday through the entire Texture map for the mod. xD

so you have to look for that "slave trader" ;)

I just want to ask will the Leader of the Mercenaries the one who sells you 10 mercenaries for 3000Denars in Free Port will return in the map after you defeated him in battle? cuz i didn't know that the Free Company belongs to him I actually killed most of this guys to get the prisoners they have and i got a -10 relation with them ..... and also I manage to finish the Castle and I talk to this guy the one that you saved near ancient ruins said he can make armor and weapons for an army btw I finished his quest also but I just want to know what will happen next?? cuz its already been about 1 week in game and nothing changes??? do I need to do something? and sorry I'm not good at remembering names....hehe I really enjoyed the building castle thing haha if only I can upgrade the Castle and turn it into a town XD.......
firstly, Free Companies are outlawed mercanaries, unrelated to Jalik (the guy from free port)
Jalik, as mercenary captain (like the player), has maybe joined a faction (hostile to the player = -10 relation) ...
he'll not return to te map, he has its own army and ambitions, and like you, he'll try his luck to become vassal and, why not, establishing his own kingdom ! (this aspect still not fully developed, after all the mod is not finished yet (only 40%)
After doing "armourer quest", you have the ability to recrute "specialist" troops : so go and recrute some villagers, return to castle , there's a menu where you can equip these peasants directly to : pikemen, crossbowmen or even horsemen
(weak but very cheap troops)
ohh thanks for the info about Jalik .... I hope once the mod is finished I can invite Jalik to join my kingdom XD ... and wow i did not know that specialist troops gonna try it out.... ohh I found a bug when you do a quest like capture the spy or something like that ... even though you manage to capture the spy and his headsman the quest failed once you return to the lord or king .. i think the reason for that is you change the name of this townsman spy to war prisoner and the AI can't process it I guess so the quest failed...
anyways still loving your mod its really hard to establish my own kingdom especially when you have to fight 6 kingdoms and you only have 1 village and a castle XD and also i was surprise when u can make your own troops your companion I just found out when i upgraded the Baronet <.< (yea i forgot the name again) today after I attempt on conquering JABBA i besiege it 8x btw.... and also can i ask if your going to include or plan in your next update a permanent death option to capture lords??? since you can make your own troops your companion and u can make them a vassal why not kill them except for the family of Lady Glunde or Lady Miar <.< I always choose this 2 to be my wife in almost mods i played...

Everything is possible, there are still lots of new concepts that I want to add, one of them : lords, companions and even you can die !
another : you can marry other women than these ladies (companions !?)...
if my Character will die I hope you include the ability to make a baby once you are married XD so the bloodline will continue hahaha ... btw I found another bug or maybe this one is not finish yet ... when you make one of your Troops a companion and then turn him your vassal and give him a castle for example I can only see his banner waving on the castle but I can't see him on the map travelling or walking around so I decided to wait but he doesn't show up and when i press Q and choose my Faction it says I have no vassals but when I press the castle name that I gave him his name is there and it says his my vassal .... so I think its a bug or maybe this one is not finish yet...
this feature (with a lots of other similar things) are not yet fully operational
I hope these issues will be corrected in the upcoming version 0.5
(I don't promise anything "clean" before the version 1.0, and it will probably take a very long time)
Is there a way for me to add a new mesh and item to the game without replacing any old one? I've heard some talking about the OpenBRF but the link does not work for me. :(

after import these brf your mod with openbrf ...but i think you have to obtain Openbrf firstly before we'll able to continue :)
Okay, I just found the nice Dirim Guard helmet that I wanted into my mod so I will try the video again soon.
The problem is still the meshes for the Afirid Caid Armor, I will do it again aswell... might have missed something, oh and btw, my computer was nice enough to rename the mod so all my progress last night was in vain! xD (was up to like 11pm and worked on placing meshes.)

It's an event that goes trigger the quest of Dirim , just wait and prepare

Why working with text files, since with the Module System (here your file is module_items.py) simply add something like:

So there is a bug during the rescue general mission, i cant open the secret prison even when i have the key.
did you do the slaver's quest, before ?
to whom did you spoken first: the common "prison guard" or to the special "Halbardier" that keeps the door ?
that will help me to find where is the problem.
Yeah i did the slaver war veteran quest and spoke to the halbedier next to the door.
Killed him and the prison guard, got the key but the door is still locked.
It's clearly a bug :( , sorry for the inconvenience.
I'll try to find the problem and fix it, for the next release
