Adds Uncle Ted in the form of a recruitable companion to the NCR correctional facility in Cell Block B, next to some fitting base game schematics. This mod was made as a meme, stemming from a joke suggestion my friend made. The voice lines are echo-ridden and strange, but it was what I could make, given the audio available for cloning. The companion is fully functional and fully voiced, aside from combat and idle dialog, which I may or may not add in the future. If you have any suggested replacement dialog of new dialog, feel free to let me know, and I may or may not add that also. This mod was briefly up on Nexus, but was removed within a few hours, given Uncle Ted's resemblance to a certain individual who was not fond of the industrial revolution and its consequences. Hoping Mod DB will be better. Do with this mod as you wish and have fun.
