Dialogue Highlight Issue Thread - Vanilla UI Plus mod for Fallout: New Vegas

Everything works perfectly, EXCEPT dialogue options lighting up incorrectly. I'm not sure if it's VUI causing this but I can't open the game when I disable it. I've tried for hours to reverse engineer it but I can't crack what's causing it, as I've disabled all other UI mods and it still happens. Figured someone more well-versed in modding might be able to pinpoint it a lot quicker than me. Moving cursor over options causes the highlight to be seemingly randomized. This screenshot is not standard VUI+, it's modified by another mod. Please contact the author who made this dialog patch; I'd like to know which version of VUI+ he was using for his patch.

You're welcome but do tell the patch author that he should upgrade to the latest VUI+ version because your issue reminds me of this really weird problem that is fixed in the latest version.
