All the maps you've put into work look excellent, the new textures really capture what the old UFO game atmosphere. Can't wait!
My only gripe is this titlepic, the ingame sprites don't quite sit will into the skewed background, and they're all clearly just from regular doom, even if they are recoloured. If it wasn't for this mod page, I wouldn't be able to tell this was for a UFO mod.

Yeah the bad thing about a whole conversion WAD is always the sprite making part. every moster if I remember well has around 38 sprites in different angles, even more for a marine which switches between weapons, (that means 24 more sprites per each weapon). thats a lot of work for just one designer.
