MISERY Mod 2.1.1 comes with its own debug /spawn menu.
ACTIVATION
HOW: Go to gamedata\configs\debug\xrs_debug_tools.ltxyou'll find something that looks like this. (its MUCH easier to read in Notepad++ believe me)
[plugin]enable = False developer_debug = false ; Enables dev_debug and sim_debugdebug_gulag = false ; Prints gulag infospawn_all_items_ ; Spawns all items on actor on net_spawn
change
[plugin]enable = False to [plugin]enable = True
And the system is enabled. Then, you can use it anytime to test if its on or not, you simply have to see if the debug hud is on or off.

Using it in the first place,
when in game press the 'ESC' key and then press 'S' key to go into the debug menu. Left is the command console.
HELP - Lists all available commands (example: help)
CLEAR - Clears debug console (example: clear)
GOD - enables God Mode (example: god on - god off)
HUD - Disables or enables the debug HUD Display. (example: hud on - hud off)
INVISIBLE - Makes player invisible. (example: invisible on - invisible off) NOTE: there are some limitations to it and it does NOT circumvent scripted events
MONEY - Gives player specified amount of cash. (example: money 5000 )
TIME - Time console allows player to set time of day.
A FULL LIST OF EVERY ITEM AVAILABLE IN GAME CAN BE FOUND IN:
gamedata/configs/ai_tweaks/xr_corpse_detection.ltx
you can find the name of every item in game, use ctrl + f for faster results.

Thx, but there's already a thread on 2.1.1 here. I could use some help with 2.2, though. Specifically, I need to spawn Topol. It seems the OP of the aforementioned thread never responded to this request.

Spawning Topol does not work. Very few of the storyline NPC's function as you need them to after they have already been killed in the game. Tremor sort of works, but he does not have his PDA, so you have to spawn him, then spawn his PDA. I don't recall anyone succeeding with Topol, sorry.

Does it not work for 2.2? Certain Ive spawned Topol in a few times in 2.1.1. Only spawned in a working strider once though. iirc spawning the whole squad in worked well, if i hadnt spoken to the dead NPC prior.

On "Spawn Squad": jup_b1_stalker_squad

On "Smart Name" : jup_b41

Think thats what I used, from this 2.1.1 thread.

I don't recall it ever working, but TBH, in 6589 hours of play, I was rarely so slow to reach that portion that it became an issue.

What triggers have already been tripped before you try is critical in all cases.

Too right, think I just abandoned the missions the 1 or two times Topol went missing between escort missions. But that one spawned strider, even tho he was only strider I had spoken with, seemed onscript up until he (maybe it was his squad) didnt rallyup for the freedom recruiter, ignored his invitation to sit down indefinitely during the cutscene lol Definitely my goto missions after arriving in yanovs now.

Luck or lack of it is the primary cause of their deaths. If a Gigant spawns and is drawn in past the bandits who hold Mitay, then it usually passes Strider et al, and then the scientists. Certainly it is prudent to accomplish minor side missions earlier than later in the play.

As many times as I've played this, I've never run into this issue. In my mind, there's no sense playing the game if you're in a hurry to finish. So, I'll just start Jupiter over and take the mission right away. Thanks for the replies!
