Taiidan Republic team has been added in and also fixed the somtaaw and beast acolytes and acv firing their special attacks on their own after research E cannons.
Had to take this down earlier due to an error that crashed when using the TRP team related to a weapon file.
Added in the Taiidan republic team as a playable faction, credit to DOM2 and the taiidan republic mod team for use of the assets. Turanic Raiders have been removed until i am ready to start adding in ships for em. Hiigaran and Vaygr will be updated in the next update stat wise and dps wise and research tree wise. Next time i update will have either another race or two added in and im hoping to get turanics in next.
Please disregard the message i had on here regarding not being able to launch with more than 5 races, turns out it was being caused on my end because i set my texture limit to 8196 ish and i reduced it to 2048 and i was able to launch with 6 different races without a problem.
Wow that's wonderful news. Welcome back my friend. I'm downloading it now. HWU has always been among my favorite mods along with HW FX. That should reduce the wait on HW3 significantly.
yeah im glad to see this is back but it is too bad the launcher is now dead so mods cant be played it seems.

Go to your Homeworld Folder
HD:\Steam\steamapps\common\Homeworld\HomeworldRM\Bin\Release locate the HomeworldRM.exe and create a shortcut of it.
Right click on that shortcut / properties and add this at the end of the target line: -mod HomeworldUniverse-1.2.big
That big file itself needs to get extracted into this folder for the game being able to find and load it:
HD:\Steam\steamapps\common\Homeworld\HomeworldRM\Data
