Meatgrinder and Boykissers v1 mods united. Annihilate the hordes of UwU furry cuties using the arsenal of Meatgrinder by SgtMkIV AND flamethrower from the BoykissersV1 by NameDDTT.
IMPORTANT: firstly load BOYKISSERSONLYKISSERSANDFLAME.wad, it changes the enemies and adding flamethrower, secondly load meatgrinderV2C.pk3, it adds Meatgrinder arsenal. This order is needed for flamethrower being spawned.

I think, you can use the Meatgrinder file from this with any monster-adding mod.

Analogically, you can use the Boykissers file from this with any arsenal.
