Raising the Bar: Redux: Division 1.2 Update - The Big Release!
Experience Half-Life 2 like never before. Return to City 17, held within the iron grip of the Combine and the Consul. Reunite with old friends, and enemies, and some of them brand new. Immerse yourself in a revitalised combat system featuring old arsenals made new again, with added features to raise the bar in gameplay.

UPDATE: We've updated the build here with a few fixes that include:
-Consul statue collision model now present
-Combine concept gate collision model now present
-Fixed bug where airboat gun tracers would not appear
-Fixed bug that was preventing first-time pickup animations on the immolator and stunstick
-Removed some extraneous files
The long-awaited 1.2 overhaul of Division One. Features literally too many changes to count, so check out the moddb article and the mod already!

Lab01: Visual overhaul of the basement area as well as re-voiced Kleiner and improved visuals in Kleiner’s lab
Lab02: Total overhaul of the teleportation sequence with new particle effects and big visual improvements in all teleportation locations
Construction01: Big improvements to interior areas in addition to gameplay rebalancing and notable touch-ups to exteriors and rooftops
Construction02: Overhaul of the map visually from the crane with all rooftops receiving much improved detail, and gameplay was tweaked to give better balancing, in addition to interior areas receiving visual upgrades
Consulplaza01: Additional sequences, gameplay overhauls regarding progression and combat with the helicopter, and much improved visuals in interiors with many improvements in the exteriors
Consulplaza02: Total gameplay and progression rework in the courtyard area and outside the arcade, big visual improvements to the interiors and lots of optimisation in exterior areas
Arcade: Some gameplay refinements combined with massive visual overhauls and additional sequences with citizens, combined with improved progression elements
Underground: Many visual improvements throughout and changes to logic to make the map sound better with stronger ambience
Miscellaneous
-Transitioned to the Mapbase branch
-Vast list of smaller back-end fixes
-Re-optimised many models like the soldiers, suit, and more
-LODs for some of the more intensive models

To install:
1. Download Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer
2. Right click in your library and select properties
3. Navigate to the "betas" tab and select the branch as "upcoming"
4. Unzip the downloaded zip file
5. Drag the RaisingTheBarRedux_1.2 folder and its contents into your Sourcemods folder in your root steam directory
6. Restart Steam
7. The mod should now appear in your Steam library.

How to run? I'm seeing the video logo, then a splash screen with "loading..." then the game crashes to desktop. I put it in steamapps/sourcemods.
Nevermind. I put it into EP2 directory and launched via "-game" command.

I removed your comments regarding just putting the content in the EP2 directory because this is NOT how you're supposed to install it, and it WILL break people's EP2 installations doing so. Please do not spread misinformation about how to install the mod, and re-read the installation instructions and follow them through properly.

i remember before 1.2 division update there was a hazard course easter egg,I swear.
Sourcemods folder located in SteamApps folder, not in Steam Root folder.
There is no "steamroot" folder. steamapps is the root folder for all the games/mods.
Mod does not appear in the list of steam games, idk what is the problem :(
Did you restart Steam after putting the folder inside sourcemods? Also did you make sure that as soon as you navigate through the mod folder you're immediately presented with stuff like "bin", "maps", "gameinfo.txt", etc.?

Can someone give me detailed instructions on how to get this mod working? I have it in my steam library but when I open it it goes to the intro sequence but crashes before it can get to the main menu.

More chapters, probably not in the following months though. Maybe this year. We'll have to see.

The full game won't be out till some years. I'd play 1.2 now since it's the final update for Division 1 (for now). So you won't be expecting ANY update for Div 1 anytime soon. I guess that answers your 'final product' part.
